SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER |
The senior level programmer will have the ability to lead as well as participate in a team environment. Responsibilities include web application design,
database design, code implementation and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Five or more years experience in general web
development
- Three or more years experience in JAVA development
- J2EE experience is preferred, but not required
- US Citizenship and willing to submit to
background investigation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle database
Independent contractors will be considered.
Minimal travel required. Candidate should possess a four year degree.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE |
Responsible for generating leads, cold calling,
identifying, qualifying and securing business
opportunities. You will perform sales and technical
discussions with potential clients, presentations
and preparation of proposal documents in order to
increase revenue for the company.
Eight years of experience selling consulting services.
Proven and consistent track record producing
revenues of over $5 million. Must be able to deliver
excellent presentations and have Industry contacts
and references. Experience in business evaluations,
gathering and analyzing corporate and market
information. Must have strong communication skills
with the ability to translate complex technical
concepts into business terms. Strong technical
understanding with experience in or familiarity with
current technologies is necessary. Travel is
required and should possess a BS/BA Degree.

HTML DEVELOPER |
The HTML Developer will be responsible for the
design and development of web-based materials for
instructor-led training. The ability to design
simple and effective presentation templates to
promote a common look and feel across course
materials while incorporating multimedia elements
such as video, animation, graphics and 3-D objects
is essential. The developer must be able to
manipulate materials from various sources and ensure
that all finished products work within a variety of
browser types, multiple platforms and differing
screen setting. This position will require the
developer to test, debug and optimize html code,
graphics and animation files to ensure functionality
within the security constraints of a classified
network environment. The developer will adhere to
Government standards for html design including the
insertion of metadata and Section 508 requirements.
The developer will be working in a collaborative
atmosphere with government employees as well as
other contractors. They must be able to work on
multiple projects simultaneously and have the
ability to prioritize requirements. The ability to
coordinate tasks, meet established deadlines and
communicate effectively with other html Developers,
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional System
Designers (ISDs), Graphic Artists and Instructors is
essential.
Job Qualifications The minimum skills and
qualifications are:
- Three or more years experience in the
development of html
- Three or more years Java Scripting experience for
html.
- Three or more years experience developing
Cascading Style Sheets.
- Three years experience with multiple file formats
for web applications (text, graphic, audio, video,
animation, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work in a
collaborative team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small development
projects and meet project deadlines in a fast paced
environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
design plans, status, issues and resolutions to
relevant parties.
- Demonstrated ability to positively respond to
feedback.
- Proficient with MS office products.
- Two years experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver
/ Cold Fusion.
- Two years experience with graphics manipulation
software such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Two years experience applying principles of
presentation design.
