The Client Management System was developed with .NET and MS SQL Server 2000 to produce a secure web accessible database. Think of the value of having your client related information available from virtually anywhere. Role based security has been implemented to regulate user access and rights to the system.
The Client Management System was designed with the user in mind. Sophisticated technology has been combined with well thought out logical user interfaces. The client information is organized to allow easy navigation between related information. The input fields are designed to promote consistent and efficient data entry through the use of drop down lists, default values and hyperlinks. An online help file is also available to guide the user through any task they wish to complete within the system.

The Client Management System can be customized to meet the specific requirements of each organization we work with. The More Info tab is utilized to store specialized information for your clients. Additional features can be added to the system to create a database that matches the exact needs of your organization.

SEARCHING |
|
The real value of a database stems from the capabilities the users have in search and retrieve the information in the system.
The search capabilities for the Client Management System are extensive yet easy to use.
Users can search by all of the fields on the Client form, giving them maximum flexibility.
The results of the search are displayed in a clear list format.
Users have the option to control this list view by sorting the list by any of the fields.
Additionally, users can control the fields that are displayed using the edit view option.
Users also have the option to export the search results to MS Excel or print the results to hard copy.

CALENDARING |
|
An important aspect of managing your clients is managing the meetings and important dates associated with the clients. The calendaring feature allows you to do this. The calendar items can be entered directly into the calendar or from the client form. Each calendar item can be linked to a client so you maintain a complete history of the activities for each client. In addition to viewing the dates in a monthly or weekly calendar, users can also search and view the information on the client action form.
An additional benefit of this feature is a calendar that shows staff schedules. While tracking client meetings and deadlines, the system in turn is tracking the responsible people. The system allows calendar items not associated with a particular client so there is no limit to the extent the calendaring feature can be used for.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION |
|
The Email notification feature provides an efficient method for contacting groups of clients. You can provide them with up to date information, send out company newsletters and send out requests for information that the clients can fill out electronically and return via email. The emails can contain multiple attachments and the body can be in html format.
